Product pages: what you can see and how to use them

Written by Support

Every design and product has a detail page that brings together the visuals, the story behind the piece, the designer, and your action buttons — everything you need before you commit to a look. This guide covers what is on the page and what each button does.

What You Can See

  • Image carousel: swipe left and right through multiple angles of the piece.

  • Style tags: the category labels the designer applied, such as chic or African fashion.

  • Rating and reviews: the community star rating and total review count.

  • Designer profile: the designer's name, photo, and verification checkmark. Tap it to open their storefront.

  • Description: materials, construction details, and the recommended use case for the piece.

  • Price and stock: the price in your currency and current availability, plus colour options where the item comes in more than one colour.

Your Action Buttons

  • Plus / minus stepper: set the quantity you want before adding to cart.

  • Heart icon: save the item to your favourites.

  • Add to Cart / Buy: purchase a ready-to-wear item directly.

  • Send a Message: open a chat with the designer about the piece or a custom version of it.

  • Book Appointment: schedule a consultation about the piece or a custom order based on it.

  • Share icon: copy the item's link or share it to Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, or Pinterest.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I buy a design as shown, or only order it custom? If the item is listed as a product with a price and stock, you can buy it directly. Designs marked as made-to-order go through a consultation and invoice instead. The page tells you which applies.

  • What does the designer's verification checkmark mean? The designer has completed identity and business verification with Kouture Konect.

  • Can I attach a photo of the item when I message the designer? The item reference attaches automatically when you message from the product page, so the designer knows exactly which piece you mean. Image uploads in general chat are planned for a future update.
