Your business profile is your storefront — the first impression every customer gets of your work. KYC verification then unlocks your payouts. This guide covers both.
Setting Up Your Business Profile
Go to Shop Manager → Settings → Business Profile and complete each section:
Business identity: your official business name, email, phone number, and a bio describing your design specialties.
Branding: upload a profile photo — your logo or a professional headshot.
Business address: tap Add Shipping Address to set the location where couriers and logistics partners collect your orders.
Social links: connect your Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn handles so customers can find your wider work.
Completing KYC Verification
Under the KYC Verification block on your Business Profile page, tap Complete Verification and submit your business documentation. Your store status moves out of "Not Started" once verification completes. KYC is required before you can withdraw earnings.
Why Completeness Matters
Customers weigh up whether to trust a store before ordering. Verified sellers with complete bios, photos, and a pickup address receive materially more orders than incomplete profiles. Consistency helps too: use the same business name on your profile, listings, and messages.
