Your profile is the foundation of everything you do on Kouture Konect — it shapes your checkout speed, your security, and how designers see you when you book a consultation. This guide walks through the setup steps for customers. Designers and vendors have an additional business profile step, covered in Completing your shop profile and KYC verification.
Setting Up Your Personal Profile
Tap the More icon on the bottom navigation bar to open your profile.
Fill in your name, gender, email address, and phone number.
Upload a profile photo. This is what designers see when you book a consultation.
Tap Save to confirm your changes.
Adding a Shipping Address
Orders need a delivery address. You can add one during checkout or save it in advance:
Go to More → Shipping Address and tap Add Shipping Address.
Select your country and state from the dropdowns.
Select your city or local government area (LGA) from the alphabetised list.
Enter your street details and postal code.
Toggle Set as default address if this should be used for future orders, then tap Save.
Why Profile Completion Matters
A complete profile speeds up every order, because checkout reuses your saved address and contact details. A profile photo and complete details also help designers prepare better for your consultations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have more than one saved address? Yes. Save all the addresses you use, then pick the right one at checkout. Only one address can be marked as the default.
What if I move? Update your address at any time from More → Shipping Address. Changes apply to future orders only; orders already placed keep the address you gave at checkout.
Do designers see my saved addresses? Designers only see the delivery address for an order you place with them. They do not see your full list of saved addresses.
