Your listings are how customers find you — your digital showroom floor. This guide walks through adding a design from start to finish, including the file limits and the detail fields that get your work discovered.
Step-by-Step Upload
Tap the Shop Manager icon on the bottom navigation bar.
Open Designs (the clothing-hanger option).
Tap the + icon in the top right corner to add a new design.
In the upload window, tap Select your file and choose the image from your device, or drag and drop it. You can upload up to 5 files per design, each no larger than 5 MB.
Fill in the details:
Name: a clear title, for example "Nelo dress".
Description: a short note on the piece, for example "Aso ebi dress".
Categories: pick every category that fits — for example Bridal Gown and Date Night Looks. Multiple selections are allowed.
Season: check the seasons the piece suits, such as Summer or Dry.
Tags: keywords customers might search, such as "beaded dress suitable for asoebi".
Colours: the garment colours; add or remove values as needed.
Material: the fabric type, for example lace.
Gender: Male, Female, or Other.
Collection: Regular or Limited.
Tap the Upload button at the bottom right. A success prompt confirms submission.
Making Listings Work Harder
Lifestyle photos — the piece being worn, not just laid flat — get noticeably more engagement. Fill every field you can: categories, tags, and materials are what search and filters match against, so a fully tagged design is a discoverable design.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit a listing after publishing? Yes. Open the design in your Designs list and edit the details or images. Changes are reflected on the live listing.
Why was my design not approved? Listings are checked against community guidelines before they go live. If a listing is held, you will be told why — see Community guidelines for the content rules.
Is there a limit on how many designs I can upload? There is no overall cap, but consistent new uploads are what keep your storefront visible in search feeds.
