Invoices are how designers bill you for custom orders and consultations — a clear, written record of the piece you have commissioned and what it costs. This guide covers finding invoices, paying them, and what happens if you do not pay in time.
Finding Your Invoice
Open More → My Invoice to see every invoice on your account, filterable by All, Paid, Pending, or Cancelled. You will also receive an email and an in-app notification when a new invoice arrives.
Paying an Invoice
Open the pending invoice from My Invoice or from the notification.
Review the items, amounts, and currency.
Choose your payment method at checkout: card, bank transfer, or wallet balance.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
The invoice status changes to Paid and the designer is notified to begin or continue work.
The Payment Window
You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay. The platform sends reminders on day 3, day 7, and day 14. If the invoice is not paid by day 14, the order is cancelled automatically and no money is charged.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay an invoice in a different currency? Designers set the invoice currency (USD, NGN, EUR, or GBP). Pay in the currency shown on the invoice. If you need a different currency, ask the designer to reissue it before paying.
What if the invoice amount looks wrong? Do not pay it. Message the designer through the app to correct it; they can issue an updated invoice. Contact support if the designer does not respond.
Can I pay an invoice partially? Invoices are paid in full. If you need a staged payment plan, agree it with the designer in writing before they issue separate invoices for each stage.
