The transaction PIN is a 4-digit code that stands guard over withdrawals and other sensitive actions on your seller account. This guide covers setting it, changing it, and keeping it safe.
Setting Your PIN
Go to Shop Manager → Settings → Transaction PIN.
Tap Set Transaction PIN.
A 6-digit OTP is sent to your registered email — enter it within 15 minutes.
Enter your new 4-digit PIN, re-enter it to confirm, and save.
When the PIN Is Required
The PIN is asked whenever you withdraw funds or make other financial changes. It exists to make sure that anyone with access to your logged-in phone still cannot move your money without the code.
Choosing a Safe PIN
Avoid obvious numbers like your birth year or phone digits. Treat the PIN like a password: never share it, including with anyone claiming to be Kouture Konect staff. Support will never ask for your PIN.
Frequently Asked Questions
I forgot my transaction PIN. How do I reset it? Go to Transaction PIN and repeat the setup flow. You will need the OTP sent to your registered email, so keep that email accessible. If you cannot receive the OTP, contact support for account recovery.
Can someone bypass the PIN if they have my phone? The PIN is the second layer of protection, and it pairs with 2FA on your account. Enable both. If your phone is lost, contact support immediately so your account can be secured.
Does the PIN expire? No, but change it periodically and immediately if you suspect it was seen by anyone else.
