Customers on Kouture Konect have a wallet that holds funds for purchases and refunds — a little like a purse built into your account. This guide explains the balance types and what you can do with them.
Your Balances
Open More → Customer Wallet to see two figures:
Ledger Balance: the accounting total of all money that has moved through your wallet.
Available Balance: the funds you can actually spend or withdraw right now.
Your available balance grows when refunds or other credits land in your wallet, and it decreases as you spend.
Converting Currency
The Convert button swaps funds between supported currencies inside your wallet. Use it before an order or invoice that is priced in a different currency from your wallet balance.
Withdrawing Funds
Tap Withdraw on the wallet screen.
Funds transfer to your connected bank account.
Your full transaction history sits below the controls, split into credit and debit lists.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my available balance lower than I expected? Available balance only counts cleared funds. Money involved in an active order, dispute, or refund review is held until the matter resolves.
How long do withdrawals take? Withdrawals to local bank accounts typically process within a few business days. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond that, contact support with the transaction reference.
Can someone else send me money on the platform? Wallet transfers between users are not a general payment feature. Wallets are for your own purchases, refunds, and credits. Contact support if you were told otherwise — that may be a scam attempt.
