Appointments and measurements are the operational heart of custom work — where a customer's vision becomes your next commission. This guide covers the designer-side tools for both.
Managing Appointments
Go to Shop Manager → Appointment to see your booking calendar and incoming requests. For each request, review the date, time, and what the customer wants, then accept or decline with a prompt message. Accepted appointments appear in your calendar and trigger a 24-hour reminder to both sides. Confirm quickly — responsiveness is one of the strongest trust signals on the platform.
Logging Client Measurements
When a custom order needs sizing, go to Shop Manager → Client's Measurement and record the customer's exact specifications. Saved measurements stay with that customer's profile, so repeat orders skip the measuring step entirely. If the customer has already provided AI body measurements, you can use those as your starting point.
Running the Consultation Itself
Use the consultation to lock down the design, materials, price, and production timeline in writing. Everything agreed in the session should be confirmed through the platform chat or invoice, because written agreements are what the SLA enforces when timelines are disputed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I set my own availability? Yes. Use the appointment settings to publish the dates and time windows you can take bookings, and the calendar only offers those slots.
What if a customer misses their appointment? Message them through the appointment thread to reschedule. If appointments are repeatedly missed, contact support to record the pattern.
Who can see the measurements I log? Measurements are shared with the customer they belong to and used only for fulfilling that customer's orders. See Customer data and privacy rules for sellers for the full obligations.
