Your settlement settings control the currency your sales land in and the bank account your payouts go to — the finishing touches on how your earnings flow. This guide covers finding and changing both.
Finding Your Settlement Settings
Go to Shop Manager → Settings → Settlement Account. The screen shows your current settlement currency and your connected payout accounts.
Changing Your Settlement Currency
Your settlement currency is the default currency for completed sales and payouts. To change it, tap Change next to the current currency on the Settlement Account tab. Your wallet can hold multiple currencies, and Convert moves funds between them, but the settlement currency determines how new sales are finalised.
Linking a Payout Account
On the Settlement Account tab, tap Add Account.
Enter your bank details for your settlement currency.
The account is verified as part of your KYC (see Completing your shop profile and KYC verification).
Withdrawals to this account require your transaction PIN.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have payout accounts in more than one country? Your payout account should match your settlement currency and your verified business location. For other arrangements, contact support.
Does changing the settlement currency affect orders already placed? No. Existing orders finalise in the currency they were placed in. The change applies to new sales.
What if my bank rejects the payout? Check that your account details are current. Failed payouts return to your wallet balance and can be re-withdrawn once the details are fixed.
